Wow... the warped icon seems to be the best icon for this story. While the headline says fetus, the rest of the story uses the word baby. A woman was found dead with her unborn child taken from her womb. There is a chance the baby is still alive and so an Amber Alert has been issued. They are searching in Missouri and the surrounding states.
