Democrats and Abortion: Is There Another Way?

Even though this country is split nearly 50/50 when it comes to abortion, the Democrats traditionally still like to speak as if they're view is so dominant that one must be a drooling idiot to differ. Apparently, some are beginning to see the flaw in that view. Frankly, the abortion issue is the one above all else that keeps me from their party. If the Democrats pulled in their lunatic fringe and developed at least some conscious about abortion, it would be a lot more easy to listen to them. I'm not holding my breath, but at least there are signs that they're realizing how unpopular their radical views on abortion are.
