Does this seem wrong to anyone else?

According to CNN, President Bush's campaign is requesting that churches turn over the membership rolls, so that churches can be used as get-out-the-vote drives. I know black churches have been used as political recruiting centers for years for the Democratic party, but this still seems inappropriate to me. Two wrongs do not make a right.
