Democrats In Need of a Hug

So why is it that when President Bush has a disagreement with any Republican in the country, it's "then end of the Republican party" but when Kerry hits a rough spot it doesn't even hardly merit coverage?

I hardly think this is a huge deal, they'll both get over it eventually. But I point it out because if this had happened to Bush, the media would be all over it and would have full analysis of how "splintered" the Republicans are. But the Democrats, apparently, are one big happy family. I supppose that's what happens when you don't let the members of your party have any dissenting views.
