Ain't-It-Cool-News has up a very interesting review for the new Will Farrell comedy, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgandy. The review makes out this film to be one of the greatest comedic films of all time, on the level of Monty Python and the Holy Grail or Airplane!. I am a bit skeptical of the level of the review, but I have been a Will Farrell fan since his brief appearance as Mustafa in the first Austin Powers movie. He is capable of levels of lunacy unmatched except by the greats, and if he really pulled out all the stops on this one then it will definitely be a must-see. Can you imagine how much money Hollywood will bring in this year if this is as big a hit as this review predicts? Passion of the Christ, Fahrenheit 9/11, Spider-Man 2, Anchorman, etc? The list of blockbusters from 2004 seems endless, and we are only halfway thru.
