North Korea Aiming at the US

I'm an opponent of President Bush's pre-emption strategy. I think it's bad politics that will give other countries the right to do the same thing if they choose too. However, in light of news that North Korea is aiming missiles for the US, you have to think that it might be the best option out of all the bad ones we have left. If we continue to let countries develop their arsenals then we risk world safety. Iraq will now never point missiles at us, and neither will Libya. That has to be considered a success. But North Korea already has them and Iran is close. That means that we need to develop a strategy not only from stopping countries from getting weapons but also a plan for dealing with hostile countries that already posses them.
