Walmart Bank NA, Not Now

Walmart has decided to give up trying to offer banking services, at least for now. They decided that because of the current length of the process to become a bank, it was not a wise use of their resources to pursue it at this time. I am happy to see this as we don't need more large banks right now. We need more competition from small and medium sized banks to push minuscule interest rates up.
