Pizza with deadbeat parent on the side

I read about this the other day and thought about it for a while. Still not sure how I feel about it, but I thought that I'd put it out there for the MB community to discuss. Basically, the child support agency in one county has started putting posters of deadbeat parents on pizza boxes, so that more people will be aware and thus able to report the location of these people. There are some upsides in that more people will likely be found and thus forced to pay the child support they are obligated to pay. On the other hand, if this parent's child's friends start seeing them on the pizza box it could cause a great deal of harm to the psyche of the child. I'm not sure if ends support the means, but it is an interesting idea.
