Has Rush become irrellevant

CNN is touting an article about Gov. Schwarzenegger calling Rush Limbaugh irrelevant. I personally became tired of listening to Rush because it always felt like he was talking down to me. Perhaps that's his shtick, but I never liked it. The article brings up a good point that Rush has actually always been irrelevant. What I'm interested in is what the readers of Mod-Blog think about Rush and conservative radio in general - particularly in reference to their influence on the voting public. So, what do you think?
