Diet Plans II: It's the Perseverence, Stupid

Well, on the heels of a new study showing only Weight Watchers really works, is yet another study with a very different conclusion. This one studied Atkins, The Zone, Weight Watchers, and a vegetarian diet and found that pretty much they were all the same in quantity and quality of weight loss and health benefit. The key? Stick with it! All of these diets required a life-long adherence to maintain the benefits, but all of them were also plagued by drop-outs who quickly regained their weight and lost all of the health benefits.



Am I the only one who wishes these studies could decide on one choice for at least 24 hours?
