Judge Rules Prayer Legal at Inauguration

Showing that every once in a while "justice" and "common sense" belong in the same sentence, a Federal judge has thrown out the suit of Micahel Newdow that had challenged GWB's right to have a prayer said at his inauguration. Newdow, a famous loser for having challenged the pledge of allegiance on behalf of a daughter that he did not have custody of, is counting this as his third major loss, as this same suit was thrown out of California court earlier last year. But, of course, we can be confident that Mr. Newdow will continue attempting to make history by overturning common sense. Can someone get this man a dog or something, so that he has something else to spend his time on?
