Ahnuld Desides to Start a Presidential Ad Campaign

A few years back, the movie TimeCop was released and one of the minor plot points was the idea that Arnold Swartzenegger had successfully lobbied for a Constitutional Ammendment to allow him to run for president. The Constituion currently reads in Article 2, Clause 5:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
At the time, it seemed unlikely and simply a clever twist from a good writer. Now, it turns out Ahnuld is serious about it and is running a series of ads asking Californians to help him to get it passed. Frankly, this is silly. We amend the constitution only to correct things that were forgotten in the first place (equal rights for women) or to correct previous mistakes of our own (prohibition). This is a case where "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" applies. Leave the Constituion alone, even if the Terminator wants it changed.
