Christmas: Pagan Origins or Not?

Here's a little end of the season story concerning the origins of Christmas. The long accepted conclusion is that Christians started Christmas as a response to a pagan holiday set up by the Romans. The theory goes that the Christians incorporated their own made-up day with the Romans' to get attention. But, there are some facts that paint a different picture. A short, but very interesting read.
