Some hope on the Eminent Domain Front

Last year when SCOTUS declared that land could be taken by eminent domain for the purpose of economic development most of reeled at the precedent that was being set. Well it appears that the President agrees with most of us, by signing an Executive Order limited what the government can take and why. I for one welcome this move, though it does appear that more needs to be done on the state level to make the move more secure.
