You may have heard this morning that Rush Limbaugh - recently having escaped prosecution for doctor-shopping and abuse of prescription pain killers - was caught this morning at a Florida airport with a bottle of Viagra for which he did not have a prescription. What you may not have heard, is his response (MP3 file). This is why Rush is a great broadcaster, I guess. He can make fun of anything.
While I am a conservative, I am not a ditto-head. I think Limbaugh probably got away with something on the drug prosecution. But I do not feel this is a huge deal. At the same time, you'd think a man like Rush would know NOT to pack Viagra in his airport luggage if he is worried about it being proclaimed to the world. Then again, it does open up a LOT more jokes for the next six to twelve months on the program. So maybe it is just a rating stunt.
