AOL Won't Let Subscriber Leave

It is often a horrible experience trying to cancel insurance or a credit card, but apparently the worst of all is trying to cancel an AOL Account. Unfortunately for AOL, the subscriber was taping the call and turned it over to his local NBC affiliate.
