How about four strangers in backpacks? That is what London security cameras caught. New York has many security cameras, but is nothing compared to London where the Brits lack the American distrust of "Big Brother". Thus, all four bombers were caught on tape and we can see the very face of evil... or at least the pawns in the game played by Evil.
