I knew it was coming, but not quite so soon. The newest Law & Order spinoff is due on TV screens tonight! Known as Law & Order: Conjugal Visits... Uh, I mean, Law & Order: Poultry Inspection Division... Oops, I couldn't resist. But I'll stop now. Really. The "real" name is "Law & Order: Trial by Jury" which aims to show equally the prosecutor and defense sides of criminal cases each week. This series was to be headlines by Jerry Orbach (and he did film a number of episodes) but his death did not stop the series.
Also of interest in the article is the fact that Chris Noth is returning to L&A in the next season of "Criminal Intent." I had not heard this elsewhere, and it is a welcome return for a familiar face.
