The Problem (One of Many) With the Left

If you need any further proof just how twisted and useless the far left has become in the country, then you need only read Eric Alterman on a regular basis. His columns are always full of the most repulsive lunatic left garbage around. But he shows today just how little worth his writing is. In his remembrance of 9/11, Alterman goes into how he was willing to trust the President for a time. But of course, the President messed it up, destroyed the good will, etc etc. We've all heard the garbage a million times. But anyway, there's a line that reflects Alterman's true problem,

I praised President Bush's initial address to the nation and ignored his childish "good vs. evil" and "for us or against us" posturing.

See that? It's childish to believe that good and evil are fighting each other here. It's childish to say that terrorists who took 3000 innocent lives are evil. They've not really evil in Alterman's eyes, as much as misguided perhaps. Maybe the terrorists just need a hug? Of course, to give him credit, with Alterman's open disdain for religious people, he's probably convinced that there is no good and evil. And if that's the case, then what more can we expect from such a fool blinded by human pride? There's no better display as to why the left has become totally useless in this country.
