Vilsack is out.

The first declared presidential candidate for 2008 is removing himself from the race. Iowa governor Tom Vilsack says he sees no way he can raise enough money to compete with the other better know candidates before the Iowa caucuses so he dropped out of the presidential race. This is probably a good thing for the final process as he pretty much never had a chance to win. Hey, he can always try to get the vice presidential nomination.
