Obama's Walking The Fine Line

It will be interesting to see how the Democratic candidates walk the fine line of being anti-Iraq and yet not angering those whose family members have served there or are serving there. Just recently, Barack Obama said in a speech, "We now have spent $400 billion and have seen over 3,000 lives of the bravest young Americans wasted." In the article, he claims that he knew he shouldn't have said it, but then also says, "I would absolutely apologize if any (military families) felt that in some ways it had diminished the enormous courage and sacrifice that they'd shown," a non-apology at best.
