OpenCongress

OpenCongress.org is a new and interesting experiment in bringing together official and unofficial sources on actions in Congress. The idea is to try and provide a one-stop-shop for information on congress-people, bills, initiatives, etc. in one place. I have no had a chance to use it much in practice, but the idea is interesting and the format seems easy-to-use. It is worth a bookmark for future use.
