Judge in Sadaam Trial Assassinated

Drudge had this first, but FoxNews has up a much more complete report. It appears that a judge (not the judge as previously reported, Iraqi courts have 3 to 5 judges overseeing a trial) that had been assigned to preside over Sadaam Hussein's trail has been assassinated. It is still unclear exactly how he died - although officials are admitting it was in an "attack" and that he was not the only one who died - but it is definitely an attack on Iraqi democracy. But then the beauty of a truly democratic system - something that the Iraqi terrorists have yet to grap - is that no one person is truly indispensible. Here's hoping this is the beginning of the end for Hussein and his assassins.
