Another argument for low carb diets

Many years after the low carb diet craze kicked off by Dr. Atkins has diet down, I still find that keeping the number of carbs in my diet low has been key to my weight loss. And it turns out there is yet more evidence to back up this kind of eating plan.

  1. This is basically what I have done over the years, when I have been successful. It was not organized, except for portion control, but was more instinctive and turned out to be what worked for me. Even now, after an 85 pound weight loss, when I do inch up, it is always the addition of the carbs that triggers it.
