I am one of the few who did not think the Ang Lee Hulk movie was a flop. If they had gotten rid of the "hulk dogs", it would have been a pretty good film. (Go ahead, Ward, this is your cue to tell me how wrong I am.) But it is interesting to see the new attempt to "reboot" the franchise with Edward Norton as Bruce Banner. The trailer is up and it looks halfway decent. They need to completely retool the design of the evil monster (supposedly the Abomination, but they forgot the ears) but otherwise, the mood is spot on. Click on over and check it out.
And yes, BowHunter, I agree Iron Man still looks better.
I AM IRONMAN!
YanıtlaSilor maybe I just have some aluminum arrows.
I think I'll still like Hulk better. This looks like a typical comic movie, like Spiderman, X-Men and Fantastic Four. Hulk was more than that, a deeper look at the themes behind the comic... and it had that superb editing...
YanıtlaSilBut then, not having been a comic book fan, maybe I have a different view:)
I'm not really look forward to either movie, but will probably go with Nomad to see either one in the theater.
YanıtlaSilCRChair, We should consider a CMN and get together a bunch of Mod-Bloggers to go and see Iron Man, if we can. Actually, I'd prefer a matinee, so maybe a CMN where N = Noon.
YanıtlaSilI also liked the last Hulk movie, though I don't remember the hulk dogs. This one looks to be more of an action film than the previous one. I also agree that Iron Man looks to be the better movie, though I'll probably see both so it doesn't really matter.
YanıtlaSilI want my CAPTAIN AMERICA movie!!!
YanıtlaSilNomad, you are SOOOOOO very wrong. I don't tend to mind other's opinions, but in this case your assessment of the Hulk movie is so bad as to be borderline criminal. ;-)
