Chapl'n Chat-introduction

Muse here. Haven't really posted anything for just about an eon, so I figured with the advent of my new residency as a chaplain, I'd give a few thoughts here and there. My group and I just finished our first week of orientation, with one more week to go. Then we'll be out on the floors, making our way through the trials and traumas of people's lives. As far as the group goes, we are two Caucasian women, two African-American men, one African-American woman, and an African woman. In order to keep confidentiality and privacy, I won't reveal where I am working or what city. Also I will not and would not ever divulge any personal information that could be linked back to a specific individual, so as to not violate current HIPAA guidelines and other federal regulations.
