As to the question, did I do exactly what Apple is accusing me of doing? I did share the file. So in that regard yes. But there was no malicious intent. I've never done anything malicious in my life. It was a piece of beta software, that I thought a few other fanatics would love to play with. I thought that we'd mess around with it for a day or so and then trash it.I am no lawyer, but my father was one. He would have given this simple advice for anyone in a similar situation. Stop talking!!! Stop talking!!! Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law!!! Ahem. Remember, kids. That right to remain silent is a yours.

Curious about the guys who Apple is suing?
No, this is the OTHER guys, not the guys at ThinkSecret. One of the guys who is being sued for leaking a copy of "Tiger" (the next version of MacOS X) on the Net has given an interview on developments.
