More on XBox 360 Game Scratching

Microsoft continues to claim that reports of XBox 360s scratching games are VERY rare, but they are common enough that GameFly - sort of a NetFlix for video games - has a form letter for users who scratch the disks, and warning that next time they'll pay for them! Isn't it really past time for MS to at least come clean about this problem? If it is widespread enough for this (while DVD scratching is rare enough that NetFlix - which handles millions of more rentals a month - has no similar policy) then it is time for either Microsoft to address it, or for some State Consumer Advocate to investigate.
