Blackberry Workaround?

There are a number of postings up now claiming that RIM has found several technological workarounds in case NTP finally gets the order to have Blackberries the world over shut down. They claim to have a method of updating the firmware which technically gets around the patented technology. Dubbed "StealthBerry", this may be the way to come to a reasonable solution, instead of destroying the world's Disaster Recovery plans.
