I finally got back on the stationary bike this week, and my weight has responded accordingly. I was reliably below 210 lbs all week, even though I did not exercise every night. And I am looking forward to getting out on the roads shortly! The weather is warming up, and it is about time to get back on 2 wheels.
Keeping the weight steady for the winter is great! Let's kick some pounds off in the upcoming heat. (I am heading to VA on friday to hike over 100 miles on the Appalachain Trail. That is my way of jumpstarting the fitness season.)
